First time with RetroPie 2 days ago. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse attached to the RPi3 but no controller. Installed RetroPie, configured keyboard, connected to wireless network, downloaded several old childhood favorite game ROMs, transfered them to their appropriate ROM locations, and played a couple (Space Invaders and River Raid).

I would like to play old classics like Red Alert or Civilization, these are mouse-based games and my mouse is not functioning. I tried it with Duck Hunt but it didn't work. In the setup there was no mention of a mouse at all and also none in the configuration area. Can this be done? If so, can someone help me to set it up?

      Thank you.

@KL1 Using Dosbox you'll have mouse support for DOS games, like red alert; just copy your DOS redalert folder to retropie/roms/pc and on emulationstation choose "PC" and run "DOSBOX"

        check the wiki
