      I had a video of it working earlier today, started to install more things on the pi and... It just won't launch now?

      Pi Model or other hardware: 4B
      Power Supply used: PiSugar 3S UPS (battery) / a 5v 5.1a Inova charger that never gave me any issues in years
      RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): Retropie 4.8.9
      Built From: manual install on bookworm lite 32bits
      USB Devices connected: wireless rii mini keyboard/gamepad + usb to power screen
      Controller used: rii mini keyboard/gamepad
      Error messages received: no error messages, just crashes back to menu
      Verbose log (if relevant): https://pastebin.com/PEHigc9m

      This is all that's on the runcommand.log, so something might have broken it... I really don't want to start again, but I will if necessary.

        Similar error with https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/32459/drastic-crash/. Did you install Pulseaudio/Pipewire and disabled ALSA ?

          @mitu I did install a lot of stuff, but I don't remember changing the audio system. I did change the output in raspi-config, but that was it. Is THAT why it's acting up??

            Maybe, you can try resetting to default - from raspi-config - and see if the error disappears.

              @mitu
              ... DraStic doesn't like HDMI1 audio output, only HDMI0 and MAYBE headphone jack. Noted.
