I added some N64 games and they worked fine. After fixing the resolution, Retropie asked to reboot. Now after reboot I get a black screen and can't do anything.

      Display error:
      Error parsing XML file "/home/pi/.emulationstation/gamelists/SNES/gamelist.xml"!
      Document element not found

Does anyone know how to fix this?

      Please help

Please add the info requested in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first to your post.

Maybe the SDcard is corrupted and the file cannot be read correctly, you can remove the file (it will be re-created by EmulationStation) and try restarting the system again.
