Update Failed - Updating from 3.8.1

Trying to update my retropie to the latest version but encountering heavy resistance.

After a few seconds fetching the latest script it tells me:

error: the following untracked working tree files would be overwritten by the merge:
scriptmodules/emulators/oricutron.sh
scriptmodules/emulators/sdltrs.sh
scriptmodules/emulators/ti99sim.sh

Please move or remove them before you can merge.
Aborting.

I'm not too great at using command prompts and the like so I've used filezilla to access the files on the pi and can't find any sight of the above files in order to delete them to update.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

@sphirst look in /home/pi/RetroPie-Setup/scriptmodules/ (or something like that)
