      Hi,

Today I used Steven Selph's scraper to scrape the rest of the boxart for the games I have, but unfortunately doing this overwrote all of the games boxart and descriptions with Steven's scraper ones, and along with this, it wiped my video screensaver from being played when the system is idle for more than 5 minutes.

No matter what, I could not get my video screensaver re-instated. I tried editing a random game's metadata by placing the file path into the video tag: /home/pi/RetroPie/splashscreens/Mame_Arcade.mp4

The video will still not play. Even mapping to \RETROPIE using File Explorer on my PC I cannot even copy files to my RetroPie anymore, it just says 0% complete and playing the video I tried to re-copy to it says it's corrupted and can't be played.

What is going on with my RetroPie since I used this damn scraper? How can I get my video screensaver to play again, and how do I even copy anything to my RetroPie from a PC anymore?

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks all.

@UndeadSoul I managed to rectify the problem. I used WinSCP for file transfer, and copied the video screensaver into the /home/pi/.emulationstation/downloaded_images/mame-libretro directory, mapped a game's metadata to this exact directory and this worked perfectly.
