PS3 Controllers disconnect when playing rumble supported games

Hello I have a Raspberrypi3 running Retropie 4.01 and whenever I play crash team racing as soon as I get a rumble action both my ps3 controllers lose their connection and they cannot be resynced unless I restart the raspi
I have both Shanwan controllers and I also have a 360 usb hub connected as well as a logitech receiver for mouse and keyboard.PS any other game is fine this only happens when I play a rumble supported game.
