CapriceRPI commandline parameters or config?

Hi all
Is there any way in CapriceRPI to either add a parameter or maybe a config somewhere i can edit to set some default emulator options such as HIres / Scanlines etc.
I have checked the usual places and there doesnt seem to be anything useful, I also tried to contact the creator but the github/ soundforge has no info and has not been active for a long time.
any help apreciated.
