      OK so I have a Pi 3 running the latest version of Retropie. I have gone into RetroPie setup and installed CoolCV, I have also checked es_systems.cfg and can see that Colecovision is there. I've also added a .zip file to coleco folder in \retropie\roms\coleco

      Ive restarted multiple times and installed the emulator multiple times also. What am I missing?

        @auswear if it is in /etc/emulationstation/es_systems.cfg you probably need to copy that section and paste it to /opt/retropie/configs/all/emulationstation/es_systems.cfg
