Shaders not found in Configuration Editor (RetroPie 4.1)

Have the shader files been removed from a standard RetroPie 4.1 install ? When I go to the Configuration Editor, the only option when selecting Shaders is 'unset'. Is this because you changed the location of the Retroarch files ?

Probably - and that it isn't following the symlink. I'll sort it.

If you update retropie-setup it should be fixed.
