retropie stuck in bluetooth adapter loop

I am trying to get my bluetooth to work with my PS3 controller, and I tried running the command "sudo sixad --start", but then it said "no bluetooth adapters found on the system; will try again in one second". Every second it does it again, leaving no time to input any code, and I don't know how to stop it! Help!

nevermind, seemed to fix this by hitting fn f4 and then logging in with "pi" and "raspberry".
