Re: N64 save files are deleted after binary update

I upgraded to 4.0.x back in September and experienced this same issue where my n64 saves no longer appeared in-game (the files were still there). Specifically in Super Mario 64. All I see are 4 "New" games when I launch the game. When I save, it certainly re-writes the file and can then retrieve the data. If anyone knows how to upgrade old save states, post here.

I think I found the issue. The saves were previously stored in "/home/pi/.local/share/mupen64plus/save/", and now they are stored directly in the roms directory alongside the rom itself. Copying the .eep and .st0 file from the first directory to the 2nd recovered my lost save. No other emulators are found in the ""/home/pi/.local/share", so this may be something specific to mupen.
