Menu Toggle Broken?

Ok I just upgraded to a Pi 3 from the Pi Zero, Before I used to hit select + y in game to bring up the retoarch menu. Now when I hit select + y the menu comes up but it won't' close using select + y. is there a fix for this?

@SIrRandall It's an upstream (RetroArch) issue. Already reported here in this forum and in the RetroArch issue tracker.
