I've been trying my best to follow the online tutorials on setting up my Pi. Everything has been going well, but I ran into a issue today that I can't seem to solve...

I was able to pull down several images using the scraping tool, however, now I seem to be getting an error everytime I try to scrape. "Error saving resized image. Out of Memory. Disk Full?"

So, I did some research. First one said to go to the command prompt and expand the filesystem. Did that. No change.

Checked remaining space using the '-df' on the command prompt. Over 80% free.

In addition to this, I've been getting some weird 'freezes' when I try to play a few SNES games, mostly upon start up.

I'm not sure if it's my brand new MicroSD card (PNY 16 GB) or if it's something I didn't configure properly.

      Any ideas?

I received this error last night when trying to scrape a game as well. Sselph's scraper was down last night for a while too. Even right now when I tried to pull up thegamesdb.net it took a solid 2 minutes to load (should take 2 seconds)....seems to be some issues at the moment - might be because of the holiday weekend I don't know.

Good to hear. I just started from scratch... got a brand new micro SD card, reinstalled retropie... started the download... got about 20 games in and error is back...

I'd rather it be a problem with the download server rather than the equipment. :)

Try using one of the alternative db sources rather than the default (wiki help is here https://github.com/retropie/retropie-setup/wiki/scraper)

Retropie in a NES - Pi 3 with Mausberry circuit shutdown switch wired to buttons and 8bitdo NesPro30 controller
Retropie in a Saturn Controller - Pi Zero, GPIO controls using DB9 driver
            Retropie in a PSX - Pi3
