New Moon Cresta overlay just made; sidebars only (default lr-mame2003 video settings & 1080p)
As I could not find any good quality original cabinet artwork images, it is based on graphics from original promotional Flyer.

moving the 1 file into the rom folder is easy using windows but how does one move the two files into the overlay folder? I am sure using putty? and command line. I know how to get into it with putty but not what command line to copy it into the right folder.

After you got the file pushed over to your RPi (I use FileZilla as my FTP client) and you're SSH'd into your RPI, do this:
          unzip mooncresta_bo_udb.zip

          mv mooncrst.zip.cfg mooncrsu.zip.cfg ~/RetroPie/roms/mame-libretro/

          mkdir /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/overlays/arcade-bezels/

          mv mooncrst.cfg mcresta_udb.png /opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/overlays/arcade-bezels/
