      Hi, as for my first post here I would say that I'm not new in arcade emulation. I got a Arcade Bartop running with a Win10 PC, but I would change the PC with the Retropie.
      For now I've the latest Retropie on a Pi3 installed.
      I copied a mame rom over wifi on the Pie, launched the game and accessed the menu with the TAB. In the settings mame didn't recognized my buttons from the PS3 controller and only a few keys on my keyboard.
      The first point in the settings is where you can change the key to access the settings (default TAB) I changed it to 'none' and exit the settings.
      I tried to uninstall and re-install the package of mame4all but this didn't work or me.

        @Snoop67 Try deleting /opt/retropie/configs/ mame-mame4all/cfg/default.cfg.

            I would recommend renaming the file: I tent to append .bak to the end (so default.cfg.bak). Deleting the config mean a new one will be generated with default settings, but if you made any customer mappings, you may need the current file to reference.
