N64 on retropie

I've been reading https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Setup/wiki/Optimization-for-Nintendo-64 on optimising performance for the n64 emulator but am stuck at unzipping the texture files I downloaded using wget. Reading online it says the texturepack.zip might be corrupted. I redownloaded but same problem. Is it outdated or am I being an idiot
