I've downloaded two versions of the rom and have placed the BIOS pack in the same folder as the rom. Also when downloading MAME 0.133 BIOS Pack do I just put the entire folder into the rom folder or what?

First I tried put Sega Strike Fighter (Rev A) (sstrkfgt) and Naomi Bios into Retropie/roms/arcade(or the other two arcade emulator folders). Then when that didn't work I deleted those two files and put Sega Strike Fighter (Rev A, set 2) (sstrkfgt) and MAME 0.133 BIOS Pack into Retropie/roms/arcade folder which that still didn't work. What am I doing wrong? :(

      Pi Model: 3 B
      RetroPie Version Used: 4.01
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
      USB Devices connected: XIN-Mo controller
      Controller used: Arcade Joysticks
Error messages received: None, it just returns to the original menu
Emulator: Arcade folder, MAME4ALL and Libretro

none of the included arcade emulators use MAME 0.1333 so that's your first issue.

next up, even if you did use one that supported 0.1333, or any other romset with this game, the naomi version for sure wouldn't work. only the original 2d version ("strike fighter") will possibly work in lr-fbalpha (FBA 0.2.97.39 romset)
