Pi 3 model b
version 4.1
Loaded on noobs
Logitech 310I believe my problem is that when I unzip the rar. File, I get a cue and an image file. How do I get the bin. file needed?
Thx

If you have a game.cue and game.img you can simply rename .img to .bin.
Then you can open the .cue file with notepad and change game.img reference (if present) to game.bin.All should work normally.
Alternatively you can convert game into .pbp file format with Simple Popstation GUI (can't link it cause spam detection. Simply search it on google). Select .cue and convert it, without applying any fix or things like that.

I downloaded a rar. file, then with 7-zip unzipped to an ISO image file and a cue. Even if I add a bin at the end, it is still recognized as an ISO.

Okay, I've got the psx ones to load, but the t-16 cd games will just go to the black screen....then back to the menu.
I have put the syscard3.pce in the bios.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thx

Pce-cd games have to be in the bin/cue format. Any other format, will not work.

There has to be some solution here. I've used both 7zip and Winzip with extracting the rar into separate files. They automatically go to a small cue file and a large image file with no extension. When I click in properties, it is still recognized as an ISO file. I have added bin at the end....with no effect.
I've also tried to search zipped files of bin and cue.
The only good thing, is that it's only five. games I'm looking for (Dracula X, Gate of Thunder, Lord of Thunder, R-Type Complete and Y's 1/2)

@krull a lot of tg16-cd games come in cue with 2 isos and wav files. These do not work. You need a cue with one bin file. You can convert them or find another source.

Any psx or pcengine games I just converted myself with alcohol 52%.

You don't. Please read the documentation as advised.

Thanks for all the replies!
I have all the ps1 roms working. Still can't get any T-16 cd roms to load.
I made sure the Bios files is right. The problem must be that instead of the bin file.....there is an ISO image file that does not end in an extension.
