      Hi. i am using retropie 4.1 and a raspberry pi 3 and UAE4ALL. I am trying to get my ps3 controller to work with the amiga emulator. It is working fine with all other emulators. under "control" and "Joystick" i have tried all ports, but no luck.

      Any hits?
      Thanks

        @the19thbear I don't think UAE4ALL is supported anymore if you meant UAE4ALL2.

            Same thing with uae4arm. Do I have to use a keyboard? I currently can't find a way to enable my pa3 controllers to do anything sensible.
            Thanks

              I got a keyboard but it just feels pretty bad not being able to use my PS3 controller. Are people using any controllers? Will other controllers work?
              Thanks

                The Amiga did come with a mouse and keyboard, and it seems that certain game screens require keyboard/mouse, e.g. some trainer screens. It's not ideal for console-type gaming :-( In-game controls seem to work fine, though, and I'm using a PS3 controller as well.

                I haven't yet tried it, but found a guide to map keyboard and mouse controls to controller sticks and buttons for emulators that lack native controller support. Maybe this will work for UAE4ARM: https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/2861/guide-advanced-controller-mappings/2 (see section 3: "Key-Mapping For Individual Emulators")

                  How have you set it up to use a PS3 controller in game? I have to use select and start as the two fire buttons. Hardly ideal;)
                  I'll check out the link
