Tried Reimage, now won't turn on - Please Help

I had an issue (now kinda not relevant). I found a few help topics that suggested I reimage and just start over again. I reformatted the Micro SD. Ran Win32 disk imager to put the image back on. now it won't load. As in my 360 controller lights up for a second and nothing comes up on the screen. I have no idea what to do now. It did work before it had the other problems.
Pi Model or other hardware: Pi Zero
Power Supply used: the one from the kit ~1A I believe
RetroPie Version Used 4.1
Built From: file for Pi zero from retropie website
USB Devices connected: otg cable to amazon mini hub to xbox 360 controler
Controller used: xbox 360
Error messages received: N/A
