Just re-downloaded Retropie
What does this mean? What did you do? Use the image? Build your own? You cannot post questions of this nature without providing information.

@Kristopherson05 Looks like you are missing RetroPie-Setup - so either you removed it, or something else happened, but it's hard to advise without more information as @rbaker has mentioned.

I just followed the manual installation guide from the github website. Sorry for not knowing all the required information, if you need anymore info just ask. Thanks.
-
@Kristopherson05 which user did you install it under ? if you installed it under another user, you will need to reinstall the retropiemenu module as the paths will have changed (if you restored an old backup of things like this).
If you provide detailed steps of what you did it might help.

I typed "users" into my pi and it said "pi pi" so yeah, I probably did something wrong. Anyways, This is what I did. So I did everything on the wiki and I got Retropie up and working but, I wanted to transfer all of my old data to the new retropie so I downloaded the pi file from the old retropie using winscp. I then deleted the new pi file and tried to replace it with the old pi file. I did this to get all my roms, configs and other adjustments to the new retropie. In hindsight, this was a stupid decision. Maybe I should just try to completely wipe my pi and try again.

@Kristopherson05 sounds like your overwrote the home folder - to restore a previous retropie setup, you only need to restore
/home/pi/RetroPie/
and/opt/retropie/configs
-
How to I restore /opt/retropie/configs and /home/pi/Retropie/?
-
@BuZz do I have to get a new retropie and transfer the /opt/retropie/configs and /home/pi/retropie or is there a way to restore the two folders in the terminal?
-
@BuZz do I have to re-get retropie to restore the files?
-
@Kristopherson05 you will need to redownload.
