Hi guys, just wondering if it is possible to load a Dreamcast VMI savegame in the emulator?
In retropie the VMUs are stored as .BIN files under /home/pi/.reicast/ but the files you find on the net are .VMI. How do I import them?

      Thanks

          Yep, works.

          Retropie > File Manager
          Navigate to /home/pi/.reicast
Copy XXX.bin (the save file) to a place you can muck with it; I chose (home/pi/RetroPie/roms) because I could get there via SSH
          Grab VMSbrowser (http://www.emulatronia.com/parcial/vmsbrowser.zip)
Extract VMSbrowser to a folder on your desktop
Go to GameFaqs and grab whatever saves you want, save them to the same directory as VMSbrowser
Copy the XXX.bin file from your RetroPie/roms folder to the directory with VMSbrowser
Make a copy of the XXX.bin file in the VMSbrowser folder, just in case; rename one of the two files to "vms.bin"
Open VMSbrowser; it'll load the bin file automatically
          <Import> the .dci files
When you're done, choose <Write> to save the changes you've made
Rename "vms.bin" back to its original filename
Copy that file back to home/pi/RetroPie/roms
          RetroPie > File Manager
Copy the file back to /home/pi/.reicast (authorizing an overwrite)

          Done.
