Various controller configs same time??

Hi forum!! I try to config my retropie with different custom controller configs..the idea is can play one emulator but using different gamepads (like dualshock 3 for player one and xbox controller for player two, and dualshock 4 for player three,......the order can be change ;) ) and custom configs like hotkeys to save game, insert credit,.... (the idea is edit the key config for one emulator using custom configs for any gamepads and retropie detect was gamepads you're using to apply the right config to can play using different gamepads with custom controls ((because the controls for mame are not the same like snes emulator, for example)) ))

I read all guide & config all systems with custom configs for one gamepad the idea is

System-specific settings are done in the files:
/opt/retropie/configs/SYSTEMNAME/retroarch.cfg

edit this retroarch.cfg but add all gamepad custom configs to can use one or two various gamepads previously config and saved to this retroarch.cfg (system especify) file. Thanks and sorry for bad english ;)

I think I need edit the hardcoded configuration with the id of the gamepad...
