I have the 8Bitdo Nes30 Pro
It is compact, lightweight and the quality is superb. The d-pad and buttons are clicky and springy and feel very close to the original. in fact, I have several other controllers and this one is the best. It's also super easy to pair with the Retropie.
$40+ for a controller seems steep but it's worth every $. I managed to get it on eBay for $36 shipped. Here is the seller I bought it from. U.S. shipper too, so you don't have to wait months to get if from a Chinese seller.
However, I'm unsure if you're looking for a more Playstationesque controller. I like the NES30 Pro because I built an NES Cartridge Retropie cart and it goes with it nicely.

@zequico It regards to configuration, the system might read that a generic XBOX controller, so if you configure buttons close to what the PS4s are, some games may play differently. For example, I used an Xbox controller and when I configured the buttons, my run button (Y) for Mario World was in a different place because, obviously, the Y button is in different locations on both SNES and XBOX controllers. But with some tweaking and using the button configuration menu, you should be fine with just about any controller. mame4all requires you to configure the button layout either way so for that it won't matter. Mostly for retro consoles. Arcade games require their configs by pressing TAB on a keyboard when the game loads.

@Roxsteady Thanks for your help. 8 bit controller that you suggest looks good, but I want a gamepad similiar to a psx or xbox's controller. Besides, I want a cheaper gamepad and I'm portuguese so shipping from amazon.com and from this seller of ebay is very expensive.

@zequico a ps3 or ps4 controller works fine but if you want something cheaper I recommend a cheap game ware controller from game https://www.amazon.co.uk/gameware-Gameware-PS3-Wireless-Controller/dp/B00LDTKHZA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486895671&sr=8-1&keywords=gameware+controller I think you might be able to get them in game stores but I don't know
