Emulation station video bigger than tv

I am sorry but I am sure this question gets asked a lot but I can't find a straight answer. My splash screen and emulators fit the screen just fine but emulation station dashboard you use to navigate around is bigger than the tv screen cutting off the edges. Where is that setting to change the resolution or overscan options?
