When I use win32 to make a backup of my retropie image. I can't get it to save. It seems like it keep searching for an img file with only the option to open. I've watched every video on YouTube and read a lot of forum help and can't find the answer. I bought the Sd card fully loaded and want to save it in case it crashes and I need to restore it. Is it possible that the seller out a lock on the image?

@msilveira85 in win32diskimager you have to go to a location where you want the file, then type in the name you want it to be with .img at the end of the name you give it. Click open, then click on read

@herb_fargus it doesn't give me the option to click read or write. I have to select an image to open first

@msilveira85 we don't support 3rd party images anyways, selling retropie is illegal especially with copyrighted games. You've been swindled paying for something that is free.
