Cardboard Mini NES + Nes mini and Famicom mini themes

@ruckage as others I was made aware of your theme by ETA prime's youtube video and I really like it!
I wanted to ask if it was OK to include it in my project. I make a compilation of LE+Lakka+ES (and other stuff I add) for Amlogic s905 devices and I would like it to be the default ES theme if its OK with you.
it is of course non-commercial, here is the link to the project https://github.com/shantigilbert/LibreELEC.tv
Thank you!

As long as it's not for commercial use and I'm credited somewhere and it's not modified in any way then that will be fine. Please make sure the readme which includes my license terms and link to this forum is also included.
Thanks for asking before using the theme, I appreciate it.

Daphne?
Doh!
That was actually on the list, I must have deleted it by accident. I'll re-add it.
I've actually updated the first post in the topic with useful theme information such as todo lists and downloads so it's easy to find now.
-
@ruckage Thank you!
Yes it is non-commercial and will always be like that.
Is it OK if give credit on the release notes?
-
Thought I'd show the progress being made for the next version. I have some bugfixes I'd like to make before releasing it but in the meantime here's a GIF showing the new systems (Virtual boy, Ports, Atari Lynx, SG-1000, and PSP).
-
If you'd still like to add this to the Retropie theme manager it's on Github now. Not sure If you'd want to add it now or when the next version is ready as that will fix a few minor bugs.
-
@ruckage man! The Virtual Boy and PSP looks great. Thanks for all your hard work.
-

I agree, those two are particularly impressive.

This is certainly the greatest ES theme ever, and getting better day by day. I'm using it in a NES Classic clone project and everything is looking great.
@ruckage , when you are finished with the theme, could you also provide "runcommand launching images" even if they are made via the script in this topic? https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/7193/runcommand-launching-images-for-any-theme
They would certainly be a great addition to the neatness of the theme once it's done. ^_^

Finished another system - this one was fun to make :) .

Sure, obviously it will be one of the last things done though as getting systems added is more important.

Unique, appropriate and gorgeous.

@ruckage
I can't remember if it was discussed already but are you going to do something more with the carousel? -
@ruckage Are you a graphic designer? wtf this looks so professional, my mind doesn't understand! Keep them updates coming! AMAZING work.
-
the background for daphne looks awesome. Makes me wonder what background you will choose for amiga? I cant wait...
Thanks again for this.
-
It has now been added to the retropie theme installer, so you can install/update via that if you 'Update RetroPie setup script'. :)
-
@dankcushions First, I'm really glad this is finally an "official" theme. I have a two questions, though:
- Should we uninstall the theme first if we already have already installed it manually ?
- Will the updates through the script synchronized with the updates in this forum thread? I'd like to have them as soon as they are ready as I'm really interested in a few of the systems that aren't ready.
Thanks in advance for the info, I'm pretty new in Retropie but I've already made many advances towards having the perfect retro microconsole. ^_^
Contributions to the project are always appreciated, so if you would like to support us with a donation you can do so here.
