I have the raspberry pi 3 retro pie kit from element 14 withe the snes controls i put roms i the nes ,snes, atari, and 64 folders . The nes works flawlessly but the atari and snes wont open the games they show them there but when i orb them i just get a black screen . I tryed down loading other emulator s but had the same outcome and the 64 dont even show up.

@morbidpyro No-one should be selling RetroPie pre-installed. The RetroPie image includes software that has non commercial licences.

Because we have no way of knowing how it was modified, you need to download/install a fresh image from this site to get support here (or ask the seller for help).. see https://retropie.org.uk/docs/First-Installation/

@morbidpyro you technically could write the card on the RPI with noobs, if you have a usb microsd card read/writer and 1gb free disk space on the noobs install. However it will require some knowledge of linux to do it.

Or find a friend with a PC ?

Alternatively you can ask the vendor who sold you retropie for help with it. They are profiting from selling it, so should be fine with providing support. Cheers.
