      I see that both nestopia and fceumm both have the option to enable "nospritelimit" to remove the sprite flicker. I am editing retroarch-core-options.cfg in the /opt/retropie/configs/all directory and nothing seems to be changing. This is what I have:

      fceumm_palette = "asqrealc"
      fceumm_nospritelimit = “enabled”
      fceumm_overclocking = "disabled"
      fceumm_overscan = "enabled"
      fceumm_aspect = "8:7 PAR"
      handy_rot = "None"
      nestopia_blargg_ntsc_filter = "disabled"
      nestopia_palette = "consumer"
      nestopia_nospritelimit = “enabled”
      nestopia_fds_auto_insert = "enabled"
      nestopia_overscan_v = "enabled"
      nestopia_overscan_h = "disabled"
      nestopia_aspect = "auto"
      nestopia_genie_distortion = "disabled"
      nestopia_favored_system = "auto"
      nestopia_ram_power_state = "0x00"

      Is there someplace else that I should be making this change? Thanks in advance for the help.

        @TPR I change my settings inside the retroarch gui in-game. Should be under Quick Menu\ Options
