[4.2] New install - no splash on shutdown

Minor issue - just did a fresh install of the latest image but I'm noticing on shutdown that the lovely Carbon splash screen is replaced with a wall of text. I'd much prefer to have the nice shutdown back - is there a way to restore it? I'm using the default Carbon themes. Thanks all.

@Ranma There never was a shutdown splashscreen.

Sorry about that. I could have absolutely sworn my previous install had a splash on close. Apologies.
