Is there a way to run Time Gal in Daphne?

I'd love to run Time Gal in Retropie but it's not in the list of supported games.

@Darksavior I believe I tried a few months back but no success there - I couldn't get neither Time Gal nor Road Avengers working on Daphne on the Pi. Had to settle for the PSX versions.
