Is it possible to use 2 USB drives for storage? (RetroPie)

I tried using 2 USBs however, the one I mainly use, the 32gb one, transfered some of the files to the 16GB one I had. I put in the retropie-mount folder, is it possible to make it so that it doesn't copy those files from that USB to the 16gb one?

Okay, I'm wondering if I can make a Raid and the Pi can detect the raid as one. Is it possible or not?

@Allanbuzzy I'm not sure the Raspberry Pi will allow you to raid USB devices together.
There are these little gadgets that might come in handy.
