Retropie 4.2 Lose controller config everymomemnt

hi i have:
raspi 3
retropie 4.2
usb controller ps2 oficial
bluethoot 8bitdo nes30pro
power supply 5v 3.a qualityi have a problem with that new retropie build, it recognize all my controllers pad but when i start a game, or i restart raspi or i go to a script menu automatic loses the configuration of controller and dont work anymore, but system continues recognize controller , i dont know what is happen in previous builds of retropie doesnt have this issue.
how i can fix that? its imposible to play nothing because of this.
