PCSX-Rearmed Controls Not Responding

I'm on the most recent version of Rpi using a couple of wireless PS controllers that are picked up as "ShanWan PC/PS3/Android",
Did a little bit of tweaking to get the analogs working however now my controller is non-responsive in game, I can access the Retroarch GUI and the controller works fine there and works in all other retroarch core emulators, just doesn't seem to want to work in-game in PCSX-Rearmed.Is there a way to reset all controller related configuration settings and start from a clean slate
