I've had a Retropie for about a year now and I am wanting some PS1, N64, and if possible PS2. I've been wondering if there are any parts out there to make my Raspberry Pi 4 more beefy and able to play games that need more processing power. I would really like to play these consoles because they have some of the best games.

I'm not 100% sure but I just want it to be a little beefier

@bl3nd There is no Pi4 yet mate, and there is no way you can boost the current board to play PS2 games as they're not expandable.

I'd suggest waiting about til they release a newer board (not likely to be soon), or run emulators for these other consoles on a PC with a decent graphics card in.

Ok, I got it last Christmas and didn't really pay attention to what version I got. Thanks for your help!

@markyh444 I think odroid could be a work around solution for our friend. It has more horsepower under the hood than RPi3.

                  Is it the same size?

@bl3nd just a little bit bigger. Here you can see a comparation between odroid and RPi3:

@danielmewhouse Would it be possible to just move the micro sd or something simple like that?

@bl3nd sorry man, this question I can't answer, but I think it has an internal storage disk and a sdcard slot. But you need to get a specific image for odroid, 'cause there's some hardware differences.
