Disable Scanlines in RetroArch
-
Can someone tell me how to disable scanlines in Retroarch?
Ive checked the settings menu and i didnt see an option for scanlines.
The first time i loaded a game in Retroarch there were scanlines. Is this enabled by default?
RPI 3 running retropie 4.0.

activating scanlines is a pretty lengthy process so i can't believe it could happen by accident :) perhaps you can show us a screenshot of what you're seeing?

crucial part of information there :) depends on the setup. over to @Floob ...

Ah - if you used a pre-built image then please edit this file
/opt/retropie/configs/mame-libretro/retroarch.cfg
Just add a # in front of the line that sets the shader to on.I'm assuming you are just talking about MAME? Or are you finding it is on for any system?

@Floob Im seeing the scanlines on Nes. I havent played anything else yet.

Check this file:
/opt/retropie/configs/nes/retroarch.cfg
