New overlay: Congo Bongo
-
Incredible UDB, thank you, will be testing this out tonight! :)
-
Now that I did the overlay I gptta find some time to play it too.
I made this by request; have not been playing this game for decades! -

These look so clean
I always try to keep the overlays as close as possible to the original bezel (when available) and to adapt it to Retropie's required screen res without stretching/tearing aspect ;-)
Well made vectorizing takes significant time but results are great. -
Nice! :)
-
Never played this, but it's on my list now.
Really appreciate that you take the time to also create the 1280x1024 mate - thanks! -

Brought to you by the same people who programmed the original 'Donkey Kong'. While not nearly as iconic, it's a good bit of fun and earns it's place in history as being the first shot across the bow in what would become a major feud between Nintendo and SEGA.

@UDb23 Just as suggestions...
Do you think you can make a Bezel-Art custom collection like in this threadSo we have a collection: Arcade game with Bezel-graphics ;)
-

Yep, that can be made. Not sure if it would be of interest of players as they include multiple systems. I did over 100 overlays so far, plus some more added to the repo by other creators. These ovls are mainly for arcade games but also some nes, atari etc.

hi guys can you help ,i am using a 49 lg 1080p tv ,pi running at 1080p . and using dankcushious crt-pi_fbalpha_configs_1920x1080 or crt-pi_mame2003_configs_1920x1080 depending with emulator i am using. i trying 1942 rom out using mame 2003. the screen looks full width, but the length cut off top and bottom. so i need to shrink the the sides down and the height to fit the screen , to fit the bezel.
this is my cfg i know it wrong but fits right with bezel but the picture look terrible very blurry with trailers off the bullets etc on 1942 ,gun smoke. can anyone explain what settings i should have to get best picture that is close to dankcushious
thanks (ps i using this directory \RETROPIE\configs\all\retroarch\config\FB Alpha)ui_companion_start_on_boot = "true"

To be able to support you first of all can you let us know how the game display is without any shader or overlay. Does it show black borders ? Does Emulation Station display correctly (no borders)?
can you post pictures of the screen ?
Also I'd suggest you create a thread in the help section for this issue. -
@udb23 thanks mate for your reply , i look into it speaking to dankcushions. keep up the good work on your bezels they look great
