Resource Manager issues

I'm having issues trying to upload PSX BIOS. Whenever I try to upload the required BIOS, the resource manager says that the BIOS says it is invalid. Even the GBA Bios I have doesn't work. My Raspberry Pi is the Pi 3 Model B. The version of RetroPie is version 4.3. I got this version of RetroPie from the RetroPie website. I would love some help with this, please.

@mickeyd343 resource manager? what's that? if you mean 'retropie manager', then that's non-official and unsupported by us. the official ways of transferring roms/BIOS files are listed here: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Transferring-Roms/

I found myself in the same situation when I installed the Retropie Manager. Told me I had invalid BIOS files and also rom titles I tried to transfer to my pi. I already was transferring through ssh, but thought I would try the manager out. Boy was I mistaken..lol.
