Some 1280x1024 Overlays

@andrewh I'm away from my retropie system currently (and will be for the next 14 days), and I didn't test the installation of the overlays from the new repo. It would be good to test installing/uninstalling some overlays with the script just to check if the info.txt files are OK.

We are using rpie-art with @UDb23 's repo for a good time and the script seems to be working fine. So, if the info.txt files in the new repo are correct, I believe everything will be fine.

@meleu ok - I did a couple of install / uninstall cycles. Discovered I had errors in the info.txt files for 1941 and 1942 that I've now corrected, so now everything works as expected.

I've had to manipulate the actual viewport slightly to get these to fit just right, but it's worth my effort as these really enhance the experience.

These are AWESOME - thank you for creating these!

@andrewh Sent you a Pull request to include Q*bert and Gyruss I already made in 1280.
So users can find all 1280 ovls in one Repo.

Checking what other 1280 ovls I already made.

Thank you very much. On the subject of manipulating the viewport, I'd strongly suggest using @dankcushions excellent shader configurations. They'll set the viewport to the optimum size, not only for these overlays, but also for overall display quality for vertical games.

You can find over 100 high quality 1080p overlays in the dedicated Repository.
You can preview them searching this forum; for "new overlay".

@jvictory Already found good quality image of the original bezel. Overlay is on the way ;-)
