I'm running Retropie 4.3 on Raspberry Pi 3. I've seen people state that they were able to get a mouse to work in lr-snes9x2010 as a Super Scope and SNES Mouse along with a Zapper with lr-nestopia. For SNES, I changed the user devices in Retroarch to SNES Mouse and/or Super Scope and can't get anything on my mouse to register. For NES, I've seen posts saying that all you need to do is use lr-nestopia and the mouse works automatically. Again, I am getting nothing from my mouse. I am using a wireless USB mouse that uses a separate dongle than my wireless usb keyboard. Do I need to configure the mouse inputs somewhere before changing the retroarch options? If I try configuring inputs through emulation station, my mouse doesn't appear when clicking in order to map the buttons. What am I missing?

@byaaah31 use lr-fceumm for nes zapper. Switch the second controller to zapper. It works better than lr-nestopia. For snes the mouse button works but movevement doesnt for me.
