      Hey all,
Apologies if this has been done to death, noob here and I couldn't find the info through a search. I am using a Raspi 3b with retropie and all the roms including mame (libretro/lrmame2003) were working fine as always. I tried loading some more mame roms and in doing so, believe I accidentally filled the microsd card to max (sorry, should have written the error type message down when you'd play games). After that all the info/pictures that I scraped for other systems were gone and everything went back to a very basic list with no pictures or descriptions, including the retropie menu/list. I manually deleted the extra mame roms that I put on there through file manager and restarted emulation station with no effect and then restarted the system but nothing changed, still no images. After that I decided to try another card, I used a new 32gig micro sd card this time, installing 4.3 retropie again and a few previously working games and mame games again (card not even close to being full) and turned on the 3b. Retropie list now shows the images again in the Retropie menu (audio, bluetooth, configuration editor, etc) and I thought things were good again. I tried playing some of the previously working games and mame games and 4 of the previously working mames will not play now. You load the game, get the pop-up box, then the screen goes back and goes back to the Mame menu. Not sure where I went wrong where previously working mame games no longer work. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

@overtime13 Which emulator are you using ? Are you sure it's lr-mame2003 that's started for your ROMs ? Enable verbose logging in the Runcommand launch menu and post the log file (/dev/shm/runcommand.log) on pastebin.com.

@mitu Sorry for the delay in getting back to you and thank you for posting. Between work and being new to this, it took me a bit to get to the runcommand log (used winscp). I am positive I am using lr-mame2003, made sure to check through each step/popup and downloaded the romsets labeled as being 0.78. Checking the file, I do see where it says I am missing files and the game won't run. I thought that was weird seeing as the game worked previously the other day. (tmnt: the arcade game, (tmnt2po and tmnt couldn't get turtles in time working as its upside down), my friend owns the actual machine though it's since become a large paperweight, this pi is for him) However, I did delete and try to add the games again though usb drive (with light) and it still didn't work. I decided to try uploading the same games through winscp....and now tmnt the arcade game works again no problem. Perhaps this is a usb or card issue or something else? Not sure why it would work one minute and not the next. Here's hoping these versions work for a while. Sorry if I wasted your time.
