How to find a list of rom full names (descriptions?) for .106 romset?

On the download for this, there is no list. I have tried googling to no avail. I can find a dat file, but that in not human readable, so I imagine I would have to load that into something like clrmamepro which I don't know how to use yet. What are my options?

@flightrisk You can use RomCenter instead of
clrmampro, it's easier for a beginner to use when working with .dat files and Rom sets. You can load the .dat file and look at the list. -
