[fixed] Matricom XYBA L2 & R2 Issue

I had an issue where the L2 and R2 buttons were not working properly. It wasn't that noticable on most games. I found a joystick test ROM for PS1 ( blog: http://shendosoft.blogspot.com/2014/03/padtest-ps1-homebrew.html download: http://www.mediafire.com/download/oukjen2pdj3nblh/PadTest_1.0.zip ) and I found that my L2 was seen as being constantly pressed, pressing the L2 button actually turned it off, and the R2 was not recognized at all. All buttons worked correctly in
JSTEST. The way I ended up fixing it was doing the Configure Input again, but instead of leaving the hotkey unassigned and using the default/Select dialogue option, I actually pressed Select to assign it as the hotkey during Configure Input. After that the buttons worked perfectly. Wanted to share in the hopes that it helps somebody having similar issues.3B+
