Use Yatse remote in emulationstation?

Hi!
I installed tripple boot OSMC, Retropie and Retropie. I put scripts to boot into OSMC and Raspbian in Emulationstation I would love to be able to get to them with the same controls as in Kodi so that if my controler dies or isn't recognized I could boot into either partitions without having to stand up and power of the console.
If this is not possible is there a remote that does have support that I should buy?
