Hello guys, and sorry for my bad english.

I'm new in retropie's world and linux distribution. I know other frontend like launchbox on PC or recalbox with Pi... I have a problem with Retropie.

I have install Ubuntu + Retropie on a dell 360 x64. no problem, I can make updates etc...
I have read a lot of posts about SSH. Ubuntu show me a IP adresse but no in Retropie (IP: 0) On x64, There are no "raspi-config menu" and I can't connect in SSH with Winscp (but I can update package with Lan in Retropie Setup for exemply) as I do with recalbox..

    How to fix that?
    Thank you

@Defre16 Use the Ubuntu instructions to install and enable SSH - http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2016/04/enable-ssh-ubuntu-16-04-lts/ - but if you're already running Ubuntu you can just open a Terminal and run commands from there instead of enabling SSH and connect from a different computer (well, assuming you have a keyboard connected).

@Defre16 You already said Ubuntu is showing your IP address - are you trying to connect to it and it doesn't work ? Or you're just reporting that the 'Show IP' script doesn't work correctly ?

I tried to connect with winscp on my win7 laptop to retropie... nothing.
...but I just saw that my file ssh_config is empty, that's probably one of the reasons

@Defre16 said in ssh and Retropie on Ubuntu PC x64:

...but I just saw that my file ssh_config is empty, that's probably one of the reasons

Not really, this is used by the ssh client (on Ubuntu), when you connect from it. Try entering the IP shown by Ubuntu instead of retropie and re-check the firewall rules.

                thank you. it's ok.

I can connect to ubuntu with the IP and my passeword in Winscp. not need a IP in Retropie.
