          Well, you only have 2 choices here - have you tried them both ?

            @mitu I tried 800 in y, and 480 in x, and on the contrary, one makes me lose the emulators and the other does not change the resolution

              @xTekFede In this case, you should look in the Settings -> Video -> Scaling and see if changing the parameters there makes a difference.

                @mitu Thank you thank you, I was going crazy, in the end I had to put the scaling to 1 and put

                aspect_ratio_index = "1"

                Thank you very much, From the heart, I LOVE YOU , Thank you very much
                Just one thing, I put in the cmdline.txt
                video = HDMI-A-1: 480x800M @ 60rotate = 90
                with the various settings but it doesn't work

                  You shouldn't have any spaces in the boot parameter

                  video=HDMI-A-1:480x800M@60rotate=90

                      Try this:

                      video=HDMI-A-1:480x800M@60,rotate=90

                        @mitu If I put the comma remains vertical, but for a second in the initial load it turns and then returns vertically

                            Wait I just noticed one thing, that setting 16:9 works the games at 16:9 but not the ones at 4:3 how do I do? I would like to change to individual emulators can you?

                              Try turning off 'Integer Scaling' and remove the 'scale factor' so RetroArch scales it to the window height/width.

                                    @mitu I noticed that if I activate Integer Scaling the psp works normally, but the retroarch settings don't work anymore, and if I deactivate Integer Scaling, the settings go but the games are crushed

                                        Sorry again, now retroarch doesn't start anymore, not even the configuration, and the only emulator that goes is lr-ppsspp

                                          I suggest you start with the default RetroArch configuration, then add just the video rotation parameter and see how each core behaves. By default, RetroArch should use the whole screen if no scaling is applied to the videoport.
