      Hi,
I have been looking for a rom of SSF2T for quite a bit but I am quite new here and would need some help. I have already added other games but can't seem to make work this one. So if anyone has been able to play this game on their Retro Pie can you help me, get a rom that works and if their is something else to add to make playable. Looking forward for your help here.

      Thanks

We can't help you find ROMs here, but here is something that will help trying to get the ROMs you do have to run.

        https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/2859/how-to-use-mame-with-retropie-help-guide

System Config: Retropie 4.4 with full desktop, RPi 3B, 256gb SD, 5v 2.1A 5,200 mAH USB battery. EasyMSX controller mounted with Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4 (non touch). Also running 4.6 on a 4gb Pi 4 serving as my primary desktop computer now.

@Noahpoul Apart from finding the roms, that is something you have to figure yourself, I think it mainly depends on what system and/or emulator you are trying to use.

You're on your own finding ROMs, this forum does not endorse ROM sharing.

To answer the initial question, the best way to play this particular game is on FBNeo.

Arcade SSF2T needs a SF2 ROM in the same folder to make it work.

              Currently running:
Retropie 4.8.9 on a Pi Zero 2W (Overclock Settings: CPU 1400Mhz)
              ES-DE on a GMKtec K6 (Windows 11, 32GB RAM)

@George-Spiggott What core are you using? I'm using the mame core on my pc and you only need the ssf2t.zip . No need for another rom.

@SP it depends if you're using a non-merged or merged romset as to whether you need to provide the parent roms when running a child - all MAME versions are the same in this regard.

Speaking of Super Turbo. The cpu difficulty is some bullshit.

Yeah, one reason why I don't like that version. SF2CE is IMHO the best in the whole SF series.

@VictimRLSH Street Fighter Alpha 2 will always be my overall number one SF.
