Or you can do what I do to transfer ROMs and pull out the SD and put it into your PC. Then copy and paste all your ROMs onto the computer's hard drive. After that simply reinstall Retropie and then put your ROMs back on.

Tried that on my PC but it doesn't shows any ROMS like the above said it's only works on Linux base OS not for windows OS but the problem I don't have extra PC to install linux and my laptop is actually low HDD space. I was still thinking to fix the issue but the only way that I think will fix this if I reinstall everything and redownload ROMS but the problem I have many ROMS and saved data from SD card that is why I still want it to fix without erasing all my ROMS.

Can you back up the OS to your Google Drive? Or a USB stick?

I would like to up this issue I decided to repair this again. I have a bootable livera1n OS that I think build with linux and now I can access the root files how can I repair or set it all to default instead?

@arvinzx20 You need to determine what shuts down the system first - it's something that is still unclear. You could get a log file from /var/log/messages and post the last 100 lines on pastebin.com, that may shed some light on what's causing this.

What should I do next?

The last logs is bluetooth. I remember that I am trying to fix and connect the two bluetooth ps4 controller to connect it to raspberry pi. Do you think I did something wrong about bluetooth that's why it can't go through from retropie screent to es?

This doesn't give an indication of what's triggering the shutdown. Try /var/log/daemon.log maybe ?

2nd log shows that the Pi restarts after the 1st boot - which is normal since 1st boot will resize the filesystem on the sdcard and restart, but the 2nd boot doesn't show any shutdowns/restarts.

Can't determine what's causing the shutdown/restart.

@mitu Thanks but it seems my issue fixed.
I just backup all my roms and bios and format the sd card and reinstall the latest retropie.
