Pi Model or other hardware: Pi4
    Power Supply used: Pi Standard
    RetroPie Version Used: 4.6
    Built From: RetroPie website image
    Emulator: lr-genesis-plus-gx

I am trying to get my mouse to work on Eye Of The Beholder but I am not sure what I need to change to enable this (assuming it is even possible).

There is an "MD Mouse" option within the Controls section of the RetroArch menu but enabling that doesn't seem to do anything. My mouse works fine in the RetroArch menu but not in game.

Have you tried configuring the P2 controls (as MD Mouse) instead of P1 ?

Works a treat! Thank you so much.

lr-opera worked on Lemmings with Player 1 as the mouse, it didn't occur to me to try Player 2 for Sega CD.
