Helllo I am new to Retropie

I'm curious with peoples arcade configurations in retropie for 2 x 6 button GPIO arcade sticks ?

What buttons are setup to easily transfer retroarch config to street fighter or MK my top 3 are YXL and bottom are BAR. Was trying game and core maps but never seems to work as I saved them ?

I was thinking of splitting 6 button games, 2 button etc and trying to use different cores emulations.

      I am using a rasberry pi 4

@kgm316 yxl, bar should work for street fighter, etc in most arcade cores, but you may need to adjust core options. please give an example of a core + game where it doesn’t.

@dankcushions I've been saving game specific like 2 button game. Like wonder boy setting up B,A as the mapped buttons but keeps changing to B,Y when I exit and start fresh. Do you have any idea what you think is causing this
